Windows shows this for newer software it has not seen widely installed yet. The installer is safe. Click More info, then Run anyway.

They are sent to the email address used at checkout. Sign in to my.teletoneaudio.com with that email, then open Products & Serials for every purchase, serial, and download link.

Reset the output config for all formats:

  1. Open Kontakt in standalone mode.
  2. Go to Outputs (the rectangle icon in the top bar).
  3. Reset the output section for standalone.
  4. Save the current output state as default for all formats.

You are on an older Native Access. Update to the latest Native Access, then try again.
